Beschränkter Zugang zu Büchern wieder möglich

Folgende Services sind werktags in der Zeit von 9 – 17 Uhr am Zentralstandort in Cottbus bzw. 9 – 15 Uhr in Senftenberg und Sachsendorf unter Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Schutzmaßnahmen (u.a. Tragen eines Mundschutzes) möglich:

• Medien aus dem Magazin zu bestellen
• Medien aus dem Bestand zu entnehmen und am Selbstverbucher zu entleihen
• Medien zurückzugeben (Rückgabebox)
• Medien aus einem der anderen UB-Standorte an der Servicetheke abzugeben und abzuholen
• die Kopiertechnik zu benutzen

Auch per E-Mail an Bibliothek+Ausleihe(at)B-TU.de können Medien bestellt werden. Zudem ist die Bibliothek auch weiterhin für alle Anfragen per Mail und Telefon erreichbar.

Dear colleagues and students,

We are pleased to inform you that from April 22, 2020 access to printed media is possible again at all locations of the University Library. You can enter the libraries on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Central Campus in Cottbus and from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Senftenberg and Sachsendorf, provided that you observe hygiene and protective measures (including the wearing of a face mask).

The libraries are accessible for

• ordering media from the closed stacks
• picking up ordered media or fetching them from the open stacks and borrowing them at the self-service check-out
• returning media (via the return box)
• dropping off and picking up media from one of the other library locations at the service counter
• using the copiers and book scanners

We also accept orders for media by e-mail to Bibliothek+Ausleihe(at)B-TU.de. For other inquiries we are available by mail and telephone.

We ask for your understanding that, at this stage, we have to keep the reading rooms closed and that your stay in the library rooms should be limited to the shortest possible time.
