In 2026, GRS will again award mobility grants to doctoral students and postdocs in the early phase after their doctorate. In addition to conference attendance and short research stays, we also support participation in online conferences.

Big stage for big ideas: Yesterday evening in Cottbus, the winners of the region's biggest pitch event were chosen - from innovative garage over design algae panels to special sleeping bags for babies.

Together with numerous other universities in the Federal Republic of Germany, the Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus-Senftenberg (BTU) is participating in the ‘Universities Take a Stand’ campaign and advocating for an open, supportive and free culture of science and higher education. All members of the BTU are invited to join the campaign.
