Is there an online (professional) exam system in Moodle? How does it work? What can be implemented with it? What kind of questions can be asked? Only multiple choice or also calculus questions? How does it work with uploading the answers at the end of the exam time? Is there any chance to minimize or avoid cheating?
How can a typical exam be mapped online?
What safeguards can be put in place to prevent or detect cheating? How can students be authenticated in video transmissions?
Is a time-zone-spanning examination at all reasonable for the examined? What solutions are there, if any, to mitigate such problems?

Regarding Webex: Starting a recording is no problem, but how to choose which screen to record? In a test run, the participant who was currently speaking was always saved. For recording a lecture, only the instructor and the shared screen with presentation material should be recorded.
