In the previous NEKSA project, a participatory research and development approach was used to develop, test and evaluate instruments with stakeholders in the state of Brandenburg that support the implementation of the Nursing Profession Reform Act in nursing schools and in practical fields of application.
Tasks in the current project:
- Ensuring the quality of training and studies at all existing learning locations
- Recruiting practice partners for university nursing training and supporting practical training and cooperation institutions in implementing the practical part of university nursing training
- Developing and disseminating educational tools
- Strengthening reserved tasks/qualification mix (e.g. control of the nursing process, involvement of nursing assistants)
- Design options for the transition from nursing assistant to nursing assistant
- Provision of working aids for curriculum development in nursing schools
- Development of sample exams for vocational qualification exams
- Strengthening cooperation between learning institutions
- Supporting the working group on the recognition of international professionals (MUL-CT / BTU)
- Recognition of international professionals with university degrees
- Implementation of healing tasks into the curriculum
