'The Time Machine' at Staatstheater Cottbus

Astrid Schwarz is on stage as an AI-animated, speaking portrait in the performance of H.G. Wells’ *The Time Machine* (1895).

“An evening about humanity and its possibilities, about the limits of science and imagination.”

Directed and written by Helgard Haug (Rimini Protokoll), music by Barbara Morgenstern, set and video by Marc Jungreithmeier, artistic collaboration by Milli Keil and many others.

“The Time Machine” will be performed in Cottbus on March 21 and 24, April 4 and 17, May 9, and June 7 and 21.
