Jonas Betz attended the annual international conference of the Action Research Network of the Americas in Sobral, Brazil. There, he presented a research paper on dealing constructively with resistance in organisational change processes.

On 11 May 2026, Prof. Dr. Javier Gonzalo Rodríguez Ruiz from the Universidad de Guadalajara will give a research presentation at BTU entitled “Digitalization patterns and economic growth in Mexico”.

The open access article has emerged from a capstone project co-supervised by Lukas Fitz at the University of North Carolina Wilmington.

The article by Lukas Fitz proposes design principles to accommodate specific needs of small and medium-sized complementor enterprises as part of dominant digital platform ecosystems. The proposal is based on abductive reasoning by reflecting on expert inputs and prevalent design features of platform artifacts from literature.

The specialised mini-track ‘AI-enabled Digital Transformation for SMEs’ will be held for the first time as part of the 60th Hawaii International Conference on System Sciences (HICSS-60) in January 2027, under international leadership including researchers at the BTU.
