The seventh seminar of the lecture series »How to acquire funding for your research career – From writing a successful proposal to scientific career development«is open to current or prospective doctoral candidates looking for scholarship options to finance their doctoral studies.
We will discuss the following questions:
- What exactly do I need funding for? My livelihood, material costs, research stays abroad etc.
- Where to look for scholarship options (databases, websites and other means of information)?
- How to read a call – and assess whether you are eligible to apply
- Tipps & Tricks, Do´s and Don´ts on how to prepare your application
- Do you have a “Plan B”?
