Dear people interested in founding a company,

from September 18 to 19, 2023, as well as from September 25 to 26, 2023, our next "Group Coaching - Developing and successfully implementing your own start-up idea" will take place.

In order to successfully master the challenges of your own start-up, the following key points will be taught:

"My path" - Where am I right now and where do I want to go?
What is a business model? What is a start-up?
Phases & challenges of a start-up
What metrics make my business model measurable?
What customer base do I want to reach?
Use and types of prototypes
Personality tests - what type of entrepreneur am I? What are my strengths?
Creating emotions with the customer through storytelling
Pitch technique - evaluating good and bad pitches. Record pitches!

At the end of the event, there will be a roadmap of your own business idea with recommendations for the next steps.
