Exhibition: 70 years academic location Senftenberg

An exhibition in the foyer of the University Library (ICMC, Central Campus Cottbus) shows the 70-year history of the university location Senftenberg. It can be visited until 22 December while the opening times.

On 16 free-standing panels, you could learn a lot about the history, the structural development, the research priorities, the engineering studies, the bachelor's and master's degrees.

The former engineering school Senftenberg was founded in 1947. Since 1991 is was called the University of Applied Science Lausitz. In 2013 the Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus and the University of Applied Science Lausitz merged.
