Media located in the University Library Cottbus Senftenberg can be borrowed, if they are not subject to special regulations.
To borrow books you need a library card.

The service desk can be found in the entrance area of the ICMC building.

Books can be borrowed and returend outside the service hours through the automatic self check-out or through the Media-return-box .

To return borrowed items outside the opening hours use the Media-return-box.

The loan desks are also contact point for:

  • Issue and return of media
  • Issue of closed stacks orders (books and magazines)
  • Issue and return of interlibrary loan
  • Extension and presentation of media
  • Payment of library fees and other fee-based service
  • Loan book lockers, book trolleys und technical gadgets (headphones, patch cable, memory chips)
