Tip of the month : New copying technology

In the IKMZ and in the location libraries in Sachsendorf and Senftenberg new multifunction devices of the type: "Canon iR-ADV5535" were installed.

These offer the following functions:

• Copy / Scan / Print
• Formats: A3 and A4
• Colour and black/white
• Punching (2-fold/4-fold)
• Stapling (corner, double, Eco)

The new Punch and Staple functions can be found on the copier display:

Copy ⇒ Finish ⇒ Staple/Sort or Staple/Group ⇒ Perforate

Copy ⇒ Finish ⇒ Staple/Sort or Staple/Group ⇒ Next, then adjustable at which corner, whether double or Eco should be stapled. Eco-stitching is possible up to max. 5 pages. Stapling is also possible on the left side of the device (near the sheet output).

New is also the color scanning on all devices.
