ELAN

The current exhibition presents the latest series of paintings by the artist Ekaterina Orba. The abstract paintings depict oscillating linear constructions. The series consists of 26 canvases, which are combined into a composition of eight paintings of the same format.
It is a play with the similar movement, realized in contrasting colors. Take your time while contemplating, breathe the colours and feel the movements with you.

Ekaterina Orba comes from Russia. She has lived and worked in Cottbus since 1999. She runs the painting workshop, where courses for children and adults are offered.
