Power failure on 12.3.2019

On March 12, 2019, all electricity in the IKMZ building will be switched off between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m. due to a conversion of the electrical system.

The servers will be shut down on Monday, 11.3.2019 from 16 o'clock. All publicly accessible PCs will then be shut down.

Please note the following changes:

• Closure of the reading rooms - 1st floor northeast reading area; 2nd floor southwest reading area; 3rd floor southeast reading area; 5th floor northeast reading area
• Service desk ground floor: Open from 9 - 18 o'clock
• Information desk 3rd floor: Open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Copying technology: Copying, printing, scanning is possible until 18 o'clock
• Access to the library catalogue only possible via own laptops

Outside service hours, you can use our self-check-out systems and the return box.

We are making every effort to ensure that on Tuesday, 12.3.2019, the library will be up and running again with all services from 10 a.m. onwards. If there are any small restrictions, we ask for your understanding.

Our opening hours are not affected; we open from 9 - 22 o'clock!
