Exhibition "Between us"

The Berlin-Brandenburg group of female artists consists of five very different artists. The idea behind the merger to form a group is to take advantage of this diversity and to give each other impulses for the artistic work that emerges from this diversity. The common thread is the confrontation with life, the human and the planetary.

The development of the exhibition concept intensified the examination of the different artistic positions within the group and led to surprising insights into how communication takes place via the visual language and how it manages without oral or written language.

Integration in the artistic context of the group does not mean agreeing on a style, but letting each position stand side by side with equal rights, recognising the connecting elements, but at the same time appreciating the difference. Thus objectivity meets abstraction, painting meets drawing.
