Tasks
Contact person for all questions relating to equality in the department or organisational unit
Advising employees and students on equality and anti-discrimination issues
Participation in departmental and university-wide committees and commissions
Participation in appointment and recruitment procedures
Ensuring fair, transparent and non-discriminatory personnel decisions
Receiving complaints
Providing confidential counselling in cases of sexual harassment, discrimination and violence
Supporting departments and institutions in the development and implementation of equality goals
Active participation in the Equality Council
