Position: Research Associate

Research Areas:
Machine learning, sensor fusion, predictive maintenance, feature engineering, and signal processing.

Current Project:
D4M – Participation in the Project “Intelligent Order Planning and Control in the Maintenance of Public Transport Vehicles”
As part of the D4M project, she works on data-driven and AI-supported approaches for analysing and supporting maintenance processes.

Academic Background:
Maryam Assafo received her B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Communications Engineering from the University of Aleppo, Aleppo, Syria, in 2013 and 2018, respectively.
