Dr. rer. nat. Svetlana Meissner
Position: Research Associate
Research Areas:
Generative AI, conversational AI, AI training, multi-agent systems, autonomous workflows, physics-informed neural networks (PINNs), cloud-based real-time sensor analytics, and automated data validation. Her research focuses on the transition from DevOps to AgentOps, aiming to enable closer collaboration between humans and AI-based systems in enterprise processes.

Advanced Modeling and System Simulation Course
Development of multi-agent systems for course material generation and a proof of concept based on physics-informed neural networks (PINNs).

Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum Spreeland (MDZ)
Within the Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum Spreeland, she works on practice-oriented AI applications for small and medium-sized enterprises. This includes the development of specialized AI agents for optimizing workflows, resource planning, and logistics in construction processes (LINK), as well as cloud-based real-time sensor analytics using modular AI agent architectures for autonomous data validation and sensor reconfiguration (LINK).
Academic Background:
Svetlana Meissner received her Ph.D. in Physics from the Institute of Applied Physics at Heidelberg University in cooperation with the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ). She received her M.Sc. degree in Theoretical Physics from Lomonosov Moscow State University. Before joining the chair, she worked as a researcher at the Fraunhofer Institute for Systems and Innovation Research (ISI), focusing on automated trend analysis methods.
