Sarah Kautz has completed a Master’s degree in Social Work at the BTU Cottbus. Prior to this, she completed her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work with a dissertation on the topic “Hashimoto’s thyroiditis – The role of social work in supporting people with autoimmune diseases, using Hashimoto’s thyroiditis as an example”. She has been working for the “Sociology for Social Work” department since 2018.

Since April 2024, Sarah Kautz has been a research assistant at the Institute of Health in the Department of Nursing Science and Clinical Nursing at the BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg. She works there on the ProWoB project.
