International DAAD Alumni Seminar

Fostering Rapid Growth of Decentralized Renewable Energy to Boost Energy Access in Developing Countries

The seminar aims at promoting a discursive exchange on strategies for accelerating the diffusion of decentralised renewable energy to improve energy access in developing countries. The seminar and trade fair visit is offered by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) in the framework of the programme Alumni Special Projects. The international DAAD Alumni Seminar is organized and hosted by the Department of Public Law, with Focus on Environmental and Planning Law of the Faculty of Business, Law and Social Sciences at BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg provided by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).

The seminar is organized for German Alumni from developing countries  who  carried  out  research  or  studied  in  Germany for at least three months. Participants are potential multipliers and in a position to disseminate the knowledge and experience to be acquired during the seminar and International Trade Fair Hannover Messe 2019.
