I declare that my order complies with the copyright regulations and in particular with the following requirements, which are the basis for the services provided by the University Library:

• The ordering of copies of articles (journal articles) is exclusively for my personal, non-commercial academic use.
• The copies may not be passed on to third parties or made accessible to third parties, either for a fee or free of charge.
• In the event of non-compliance, I indemnify the University Library of BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg against any claims by third parties.
  This means that I accept all claims made by third parties against the University Library.
