„Colour Returns“. A Journey Through the Seasons

A sea of plants and colours unfolds in the light-flooded exhibition space of the ICMC at the Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus-Senftenberg: Under the title "Colour Returns", the artist Adina Schröter presents 150 original gel printing works.

The exhibition is a sensual invitation to immerse oneself – to bathe in leaves, blossoms, structures, and layers. Textured and set in motion, poetic plant images emerge with depth and luminosity. Each sheet is unique; every print preserves the trace of a very alive moment.

"Colour Returns" is a journey through the seasons – from the stillness of winter to the fullness of summer. In times of global uncertainty, the exhibition reminds us that every winter is followed by spring. Change is the only constant. At the end of the grey season, Adina Schröter – who usually works at BTU for the European University Alliance EUNICE – sets a powerful sign of colour, vitality, and optimism. The works speak of cycles, of passing and returning, of pause and renewal.

Visitors are warmly invited to drift through a visual sea of plants that hopefully awakens all senses.
