Commencement of doctoral proceedings
The following documents must be submitted to the Doctoral Committee of Faculty 2:
- Application with the topic of the dissertation and the name of the examiner or examiners
- tabular CV
- list of publications
- Thesis in bound form, 3 copies
- electronic version
- Statutory declaration
- Declaration on property rights
Procedure following the commencement of the doctoral procedure:
| 1. | The application documents will be reviewed by the Dean's Office. | |
| 2. | The doctoral committee will decide on the commencement of the doctoral procedure at its next working meeting. You will be informed of the decision in writing by the Dean's Office. | |
| 3. | The experts are requested to prepare their reports within a period of three months. | |
| 4. | After receiving the expert opinions, the chairperson shall decide on the continuation of the proceedings. | |
| 5. | The reports will be displayed in the Dean's Office for 14 calendar days. All faculties will be informed. The deadline for submitting appeals is 2 working days. | |
| 6. | verbal examination (disputation) | |
| 7. | The requirements imposed by the doctoral committee have been duly fulfilled by the doctoral candidate. | |
| 8. | The approval for printing is granted by the chairperson of the examination board. | |
| 9. | The dissertation shall be published no later than 12 months after the oral examination. | |
| 10. | The mandatory copies must be submitted to the university publications office at the university library. | |
| 11. | Once the Dean's Office has received confirmation of receipt from the University Publications Office, the bilingual doctoral certificate and transcript can be issued. | |
| 12. | Announcement of the completed doctoral procedure on the faculty's homepage. |
