Physics study award for Rudi Tschammer

Rudi Tschammer receives Physics Study Award of the »Physikalische Gesellschaft zu Berlin e.V.«

The »Physikalische Gesellschaft zu Berlin e.V.« awarded the prize to 8 outstanding graduates of the master's degree programs in physics at Freie Universität Berlin, Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, Technische Universität Berlin, University of Potsdam, and Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus-Senftenberg. Rudi Tschammer is the first BTU award winner.

He successfully defended his work entitled "Characterization of the structural and chemical properties of cerium oxide nanoparticles grown on the Au(111) surface" in December 2022.

Currently, Rudi Tschammer is a PhD student at the BTU-BAM Graduate School »Trustworthy Hydrogen«. His PhD topic is on »Novel materials and coatings for the detection of hydrogen and hydrocarbons«.
