Tip of the month: The Digital Repository (OPUS) of BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg
The Digital Repository (OPUS) offers members of the Brandenburg University of Technology the opportunity to publish scholarly documents fast and free of charge on the Internet. The documents are available worldwide on the Internet and can also be retrieved via search engines. They are listed in the library catalogue of the BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg and other catalogues. The documents are citable and permanently retrievable by a persistent identifier (URN). To ensure digital preservation, the files are saved in PDF/A-1b format.
The Digital Repository includes 3 collections:
- Scholarly documents (doctoral theses, conference proceedings and final reports)
- Official journal (the official journal of BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg including the official journals of its predecessor institutions)
- Collection of digitized public domain journals and books of the subject areas architecture and civil engineering
