Living Together Locally – Spaces for Diversity and Cohesion Cooperation for Refugees in Brandenburg (KFB)
Runtime
June 2026 to May 2029
The network project aims to provide empowerment and support services for FLINTA* people from third countries and for young migrants and their families. It also seeks to fund acceptance of immigrants within the host society and to foster closer coordination between government and non-governmental organisations in Brandenburg. The Sociology for Social Work chair at the BTU is one of seven project partners that have joined forces under the name ‘Cooperation for Refugees in Brandenburg’ (KFB).
Within the network project, the chair of Sociology for Social Work at the BTU is responsible for the academic support and is also conducting a qualitative study on coexistence and settlement, in particular in rural, village and small-town areas.
