The MITPART project (Learning Co-determination – Participation in Nursing Training) is conducting research into the institutional, organisational and cultural conditions that enable trainees in healthcare settings to participate in workplace co-determination processes. 

The focus is on further developing existing communication and participation structures between trainees and works councils. The aim is to highlight the realities of training at an early stage and in a structured manner, as well as to fund workplace learning and negotiation processes in the spirit of democratic participation within ongoing transformation processes.
