Promotion of infrastructure, research, development, and innovation

The project »In-situ process monitoring for the optimized thin film deposition of functional oxides« was approved and started at September, 1st, 2021.

The promotion is based on guideline of the Brandenburg Ministry for Science, Research and Culture (MWFK) for the promotion of infrastructure, research, development, and innovationzur (EFRE: InfraFEI).
The project is supported by the European Regional Development Fund (EFRE).
