Technical helpdesk

Central Campus Cottbus

To support members of the BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg and external users of the University Library, a help desk has been set up in the IKMZ for the following services:

  • Support for network access
  • Help with copying, printing and scanning
  • Help with problems surrounding access to the IKMZ and campus network - WLAN, LAN, certificates, e-mail, SSH, viruses, operating systems
