Explanations on the implementation

How does the Machting Day work?

  1. To arrange the introductory meetings, you present your company/organisation on our platform using a profile. Indicate whether you are looking for students and/or graduates, which study programmes you are interested in and what kind of jobs you offer.
  2. Interested parties can use your company or employer profile to apply for introductory interviews with you in the run-up to the event. At the same time, you also have the opportunity to view the students' profiles (CVs) and invite suitable applications for an interview on Matching Day.
  3. You only select those students and graduates who you would like to meet in a personal interview online on BTU Matching Day. You can have a total of 27 scheduled interviews of 20 minutes each (up to 54 interviews with two representatives).
  4. You set up your available time slots yourself and can determine breaks yourself.
  5. We recommend that you use the virtual job wall on the platform for your job offers.
