The early bird registration fee is 420 €, including the book of abstracts, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome party, excursion (1 day), and banquet. For registration after April 30, please allow to add € 50.

Please note: speakers or poster presenters must register before April 30, otherwise the contribution will be taken out from the conference programme.

For accompanying person the fee is 220 €, including the welcome party, excursion, and banquet.

• A request for cancellation must be made in writing or fax (fax: +49 355 69 3011).
• In the case of cancellation, requests received before June 1 will be refunded less an administrative charge of € 100.
• No refunds will be available if notice of cancellation is received after June 1, 2022.
• In the case of conference cancellation due to external factors (international travel and event restrictions), fees will be refunded as much as possible up to an administration charge of € 50.
