International SUMMER SCHOOL IN SERVICE ENGINEERING AND MANAGEMENT, Finland, AUG 24-28, 2009

The registration for the fourth International SUMMER SCHOOL IN SERVICE ENGINEERING AND MANAGEMENT, SEM2009 is now open. The PhD-level course is organized by the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management at Helsinki University of Technology and takes place in Espoo, Finland AUG 24 - 28, 2009. Our approach is interdisciplinary and we warmly welcome service researchers from different academic disciplines.

The course is free of charge, but requires registration in advance as well as submitting a short paper. Participants will take care of their traveling and accommodation costs. We will provide information on recommended hotels in Helsinki. The course is equivalent of 4 ECTS credits. The course is restricted to PhD-students only - for others WE OFFER FREE ACCESS TO EXTENDED KEYNOTE LECTURES (but please register in advance through our website).
