Review and outlook: Successful first Equal Opportunities Council meeting after the elections

We warmly welcome the newly elected members to the committee. With their support, we have set ourselves ambitious goals to further promote gender equality at BTU. The next two years offer us the opportunity to develop and implement new measures to strengthen gender equality in science.
A brief review of the past few years shows that significant progress has already been made. This would not have been possible without the commitment and hard work of our previous members. We would therefore like to take this opportunity to thank all those involved for their commitment and support. Their efforts have helped to get a number of measures off the ground.
In the coming years, we will continue to implement actions to promote equality in science and work towards this important goal.
