The Visionärinnen*Salon brings together women in academia and beyond. As part of the FEM*Vision mentoring programme, the Salon evening offers interested women a platform to get to know one another (better), network, find collaboration or tandem partners, forge alliances, present current projects or new formats, and share their vision.

“Gender Relations in Regions Undergoing Structural Change”: Interactions, Challenges, and Approaches to Gender Equality Policy. By transforming living and working conditions, regional infrastructure and social coexistence, structural change simultaneously opens up opportunities and possibilities for shaping the future.

Target group: Representatives, stakeholders (e.g. staff councils, committee members, student representatives, equal opportunities, disabled persons and anti-discrimination officers, study advisors, interested advisors)
