The central Equal Opportunities Officer and her deputies as well as all decentralized Equal Opportunities Officers and their deputies are permanent members of the Equal Opportunities Council. The council meets at least 2-3 times a year. The officers for Diversity, Dual Career, Family and Health also attend the meetings as permanent guests. The Equal Opportunity Council ensures its own professionalization through a variety of qualifications and a trusting collegial exchange. It is firmly anchored at our university according to the BTU's Basic Regulations § 19 para. 5.
