BTU Agreement Respect
In December 2017, the BTU concluded the agreement "For Respectful and Collegial Cooperation, for Conflict Management in the Workplace and Study Place" across all status groups. Based on it, the BTU creates framework conditions for better handling conflicts and protects its full-time and part-time employees, its students and its guests from conflict escalation.
In November 2018, the Commission for Conflict Prevention was constituted. Following a selection process, meanwhile, persons of trust at the BTU could be appointed by the Acting President. They began their work as confidential advisors in February 2019 and can be contacted if support is needed.
