Special Issue on Organizational Resilience published

We are delighted to announce the publication of a special issue, titled “Organizational resilience—A special issue to integrate and broaden a growing literature using multi-level perspectives” within the Group & Organization Management journal.

The special issue has been edited by Sebastian Raetze (BTU Cottus-Senftenberg, TU Dresden), Stephanie Duchek (BTU Cottus-Senftenberg), M. Travis Maynard (Colorado State University), and Bradley L. Kirkman (NC State University). It includes an editorial introduction offering an integrative multilevel review of the organizational resilience literature and four articles that present cutting-edge findings providing significant contributions to our understanding of the resilience phenomena at different organizational levels, including new insights on conceptual clarity, temporal dynamics of resilience, factors contributing to resilience, and salient outcomes of resilience.
