Act with motivation and mental strength - Embodied Mind Coaching
The special challenges of the current time (Ukraine war, restrictions in energy supply, Corona pandemic, ...) affect us all. They intervene directly in our lives in one form or another. Dealing with them, the constant need to react and persistent stressful phases of being overwhelmed can lead to frustration and sometimes even resignation. Find new mental strength and motivation in this workshop!
Together we will find out which goals are really worth pursuing, uncover mechanisms that can be a hindrance in realizing our goals and learn techniques to sustainably strengthen our inner motivation.
Let's approach 2023 with renewed energy and more clarity. Let's free ourselves from what slows us down and prevents us from our (further) development! Dr. Krisztina Berger holds a doctorate in physics and education, is an experienced coach, therapist and consultant - and gives us the tools to strengthen ourselves for the challenges of everyday life.
