Procedure for booking an eExamination

The eLearning team will be happy to support you in preparing, conducting and evaluating your eExams. To ensure a smooth process, please note the necessary steps and the corresponding deadlines for booking an eExamination:

min. 3 months before the exam: consulting request

  • Introductory consultation by the eLearning team
  • if necessary, user training for the systems(LPLUS / Moodle)
  • not necessary, if experience with e-exams and question pool available

min. 2 months before the exam: binding registration of the eExam

  • incl. announcement of the binding exam date
  • incl. booking of the eAssessment Center / other room
  • Announcement of the expected number of participants

at least 1 month before the exam: completion of the questions

  • didactic and technical check of the questions by the eLearning team
  • Creation of the finished eExams (scoring, random questions, etc.)

min. 1 week before the exam: transmission of the list of participants

  • incl. transmission of the binding number of participants (incl. reserve accounts)
  • Determination of the number of runs (if room capacity is exceeded)

max. 3 months after the e-examination: completion of the post-correction process

  • Transfer of results by eLearning team for archiving to department / faculty
  • Completion of exam reviews
  • Transfer of evaluation data by eLearning team to subject area
  • Deletion of user data in the examination system by eLearning team

At the moment, the booking is still done by personally contacting the eLearning team. In the future, support by an electronic registration system is planned.
