Registration is supported by VDE. Advance discounted rates are available until February 06, 2020, for registrations via the website. Standard rates apply after February 06, 2020 and on-site.
For Eduroam users, WiFi will be available allover the conference and the university campus. If you have no Eduroam account please check the respective box during the registration process.

Regular, Member, Student and Senior rates include 3-day conference registration, workshops access, dinner ticket and proceedings on a memory stick.
Daypass registrations include single-day access to conference and workshops, and complete proceedings on a memory stick.
Reduced rates are offered if you have society membership of any of the following: VDE, IEEE, EuMA.
Reduced rates are offered if you are a Student (full-time student, 30 years or younger as of March 09, 2020) or a Senior (65 or older as of March 09, 2020).
For registering for reduced rates (member, student, senior), you must upload a proof (e.g., copy of member card, student card, proof of age) during the registration process.
Cancellation: In case of cancellation, provided that VDE-Conference Services has received written notice about it 30 days before the conference, the registration fee will be fully refunded less a handling fee of € 60.00. In case of cancellation after this date, no refund will be made. Proceedings will then be sent to the registrant after the conference.
Travel Grants
For authors presenting a paper at the GeMiC 2020 conference, a limited number of travel grants (maximum of 800 Euros, plus free conference registration) will be provided on a competitive basis. Please send a short yet substantiated application to the conference general chair
(by email via gemic2020(at)b-tu.de) before February 1st, 2020. Please indicate the reason why you apply for the travel grant and provide your name, affiliation, address, email, and the paper you will present.
