The departments responsible for budgeting and taxation, procurement and inventory, building management and third-party funding use HIS eG's FSV software for financial and asset management.

It includes modules for fund management (MBS), inventory management (IVS), procurement (BES) and building management (BAU).

In addition to the FSV core system, there is a web portal (QISFSV) that provides self-service functions (e.g. for account viewing and inventory management).
