Anonymous FTP

The FTP (File Transfer Protocol) protocol was developed for transferring large files. The ‘anonymous’ FTP server of the BTU Cottbus can be accessed at

‘ftp.b-tu.de’.

Software search:

Manual
After logging in, you will find the FTP archive in the “/pub” branch of the FTP server. The FTP archive is logically structured according to application area and operating systems.
Table
A table with a selection of the available software is available (software table).
Search
To assist you in searching for software on the FTP server, a web-based search tool is available at ‘http://ftp.b-tu.de/ftp_search.html’. The results are stored with a link to the files found.
