Apply for or renew user certificate
Certificates for BTU users are now being issued by Harica/GÉANT. This change brings several advantages. The biggest advantage is that certificates can now be easily and conveniently applied for, renewed or withdrawn online. For this purpose, a new website has been launched, which can also be accessed via the BTU account web portal (https://www.b-tu.de/account/).
For security reasons, the certificate management website can only be accessed from the campus network and not from the VPN.
Your certificate will be added to the BTU directory services. The privacy policy of BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg applies. In addition, you agree to Harica's ‘Subscriber Agreement and Terms of Use’.
