Various application-oriented software systems (= ‘application systems’) are used at the BTU. IT Services support the use of such systems to varying degrees, with the following tasks in particular:

• Provision and operation of the software
• Configurations, adjustments
• Integration with other applications

The scope of support is (or will be) coordinated with the departments involved. Further information on the supported systems can be found on the following subpages:
