Employee BTU account
BTU employees can activate their BTU account on the BTU account activation page.
You will need your BTU pin and an activation code. If you did not receive the activation code with your recruitment documents, please contact the responsible person in the Human Resources department.
Please note that two-factor authentication is used at BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg. 2FA is already applied when activating the BTU account. All necessary information for two-factor authentication can be foundin our documentation.
Activation is usually possible from the first day of work.
After successful activation, the BTU account can be used immediately and without restrictions.
Student BTU account
BTU students activate their BTU account on the BTU account activation page.
You will need your matriculation number and an activation code. If you did not receive the activation code with your welcome letter, please contact the relevant team in the Admissions & Registrar’s Office.
