Adobe's current framework agreement expires on 25 November 2025. 

The new Adobe framework agreement will be valid from 26 November 2025. Pre-orders are now being accepted.
The framework agreement will run until 25 September 2029. 
All licences purchased under the current framework agreement must be reordered for the new framework agreement.

Terms of use

BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg is a participant in the Adobe framework agreement for Berlin/Brandenburg.

Term: Until 25 September 2029

Licence term: The right to use the software expires on 26 September 2029

Use on private devices: Named user licences are suitable for bring your own device scenarios, i.e. for institutions that allow computers owned by the institution and private computers. Devices with shared device licences are not permitted for home use!

Order

The products must always be accepted until the end of the contract period (until 25 September 2029). Cancellation is not possible during the contract period.

Payment: Payment for the software ordered is made via annually recurring transfers.

Download and installation

Please uninstall the old Adobe products before reinstalling the Adobe app software.

For example, using the Adobe CC Cleaner Tool: https://helpx.adobe.com/de/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html.

After a user account has been created in Adobe Creative Cloud, the user will be assigned the required licence and will receive a notification from Adobe with further information on installation.

In the next step, the user logs into Adobe Cloud to download and install the Adobe Creative Cloud app for the appropriate operating system. The desired/licensed applications can then be selected and installed in the Cloud app.
