AUTODESK GmbH offers free access to education licences for use in research and teaching via the Autodesk Academic Resource Centre.

The IT Services department does not provide any support for Autodesk products! This also applies to any questions/problems that may arise during the ordering process. Please use the manufacturer's support service.

Download and installation

Single licence

Students or teachers who wish to install Autodesk software on their personal computers can register at the Academic Resource Centre with their BTU email address and download the software.

Log in if you already have an account, otherwise create an account.

  1. You will receive an email from Autodesk asking you to activate your account (School= BTU C-S, School Website = b-tu.de).
  2. Log in with your new Autodesk ID and select the software version and operating system.
  3. Download the software.
