Microsoft Select Plus contract

Product Information

The existing Microsoft Select Plus contract remains in effect and can be used for license purchases beyond the scope of the EES Campus contract.
Licenses purchased through the Microsoft Select Plus contract can be used indefinitely.

Eligibility

Employees of BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg may purchase software for official business purposes through the Microsoft Select Plus contract.

Students may not order software through the Microsoft Select Plus agreement.

Order

Orders can only be placed on a BTU invoice and only through the specified vendor.

  1. First, check whether the required software can be procured through the EES Campus contract.
  2. Now order the software in accordance with the procurement guidelines of BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg using the order address listed below
  3. After receiving the invoice, email a copy of the invoice to IT Services; you will then receive the login credentials for the software download and the license number.
  4. Please read the Product Use Rights before using the software!

Software Terms of Use and License Certificate

License orders may only be placed in accordance with the Software Usage Regulations of BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg.

Furthermore, the manufacturer’s license terms and the terms of use are binding on you.

They apply to the license you purchased in the version that was current at the time of your purchase. After purchasing your license, download the corresponding product usage rights and file them along with your invoice.

Proof of license consists of a copy of the order form, the order confirmation, and the invoice from the reseller.
