Question: The login page does not appear automatically in my browser. When I try to access it manually, I only get an error message. Can you help me?
Answer: Make sure that you are connecting to the network directly with your browser, i.e. not via a proxy. If you want to use a proxy, you must deactivate it for the campus network (*.b-tu.de). If necessary, refer to the documentation for your browser.
Also make sure that you are using an SSL-enabled browser to log in to the network.
