In the basic configuration, a personal address book is set up for each user. In addition, a directory of all valid BTU addresses is available as the default address book under the name ‘BTU’.
The symbolic addresses set up at the BTU are provided in the address book ‘BTU-Symbolic’. This address book is not displayed in the default settings, but can be added via ‘Settings/Address book/Address books’.
You can allow other users to access your personal address book via ‘Address book/My address books/Edit address books/Permissions’. For your own security, you should always set the permissions to ‘Individual users’. ‘Logged-in users’ are all users with a valid BTU account.
Under ‘Address book/My address books/Edit address books’, you can create additional address books that you can also share with other users.
