Research stay at Cambridge Heritage Research Centre (UK)

Paloma Leguizamón, M.A., PhD candidate in Heritage Studies and member of the Chair of Technoscience Studies at BTU, will be conducting a research stay at the University of Cambridge.

Paloma Leguizamón, M.A., PhD candidate in Heritage Studies and member of the Chair of Technoscience Studies at BTU, will be conducting a research stay at the Cambridge Heritage Research Centre of the University of Cambridge (United Kingdom) in the upcoming months. Paloma is currently working on her PhD research on the topic of heritage, conflict and peacebuilding based on a case study from her homeland, Colombia. The research stay will be held under the supervision of Dr. Dacia Viejo-Rose, Director of the Cambridge Heritage Research Centre and international specialist on the topic of heritage and conflict, and will provide a grounded academic environment to advance on both theoretical and methodological discussions on the research topic within the framework of the most current international debates on heritage and conflict. The Chair of Technoscience Studies is looking forward to the results of this stay as a good opportunity to exchange internationally the knowledge and discussions resulting from the research conducted at the chair at the moment.
